Blank Card + Jera is being removed because cards and runes are being separated in repentance. There’s going to be rune versions of items like blank card so the effect isn’t being removed, it’s just getting a new name. I don't remember where it was said, but it's true. Not sure about it needing more charge though.I'm talking about rerolling items infinitely to get enough golden chests and item drops to get every item in the game if you want it. Before it was done with the D6, nuns habit and scapula, infinite rerolling until you got a D20,then D20 to reroll items into chests, and chests into more items, and golden chests into item drops.
