Deletion of your AnkiWeb data will not affect any data you have saved on your computer or mobile device. If you have shared decks or add-ons that are receiving downloads, they will remain. The deleted cards are also saved in your user folder as a "deleted.txt" file. This is what the path to it looks like: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Anki2\User 1.
