F150 leveled with 35s.

There is a sticky in the 2004-2008 section about wheel and tire fitment. If it's leveled 2.5" and you put 35s, you should be ok with some minor trimming. Others have said that 1/4" wheel spacers will take away the need for trimming. Either way, you'll be alright. MPG will drop to some extent. But what is the. real world difference? 18 (Screw, 3.5, W/3.55s), I'm getting between 18.5 - 20 MPG to the tank.
