Depends on what you want your build to be. You’ll get more damage by going DEX and keeping Arcane lower, but arcane is a caster stat and there are some really cool spells that will be very good with arcane scaling. Also bleed prox scales with arcane. Personally I would choose Arcane for the versatility and faster bleed will honestly make up ... All infusable weapons will perform better on Heavy or Keen than on standard unless you're doing a low level run. So if you're just 2handing various twinblades, you'd be better off with a Str or Dex build then just using a Heavy or Keen infusion.You can absolutely combo a huge chunk off health off as it hits 4 times in one swipe. Eleonora’s Poleblade is actually pretty bad for a bleed build compared to any other twinblade, since it has way less bleed, but it still works. And is fun to use if you like the unique skill (and unique R2’s).
