1)Yuzu accepts .xci files and plays them straight away Ryujinx can't detect all in one xci files, it will play the game without mods/updates if you try. The 60fps mod for botw has the same cutscene and slowdown issues and that's been around for a while, so I wouldn't count on it getting fixed any time soon. This speed issues in shrines and cutscenes have been fixed a while ago. I think a couple of days after the leak when the first version of the mod came out.

Also with cemu it's more than just locked 60 FPS, I mean it runs at 100fps in some areas at 1080p on my gtx 1070!! On yuzu I can barely get 50 most times.
