Sep 25, 2018 · Dell XPS 13 9370 flashing orange light. My barely new (bought in July) Dell XPS 13 9370 laptop cannot start just on battery power, I must plug in adapter for it to turn on then orange light keeps constantly flashing. It worked perfectly good few hours ago. So I cecked BIOS and battery there is at 82% full IDLE status. Power adapter showing 45W.
