I am able to fix this issue by going into "FFXIV Settings" and clicking on the "Reset to Default" button on log location. The log file location is still the same default one, pressing the button does nothing but that solves ... The plugin has to be manually updated by the developer, and that usually takes a couple days. ACT breaks every time theres a game update. just wait for it to get updated. It always takes 2-3 days before the patches come in and it all stabilizes.
