Like many folks, I’ve been having dead battery issues because of the DCM parasitic draw. I pulled the fuse and was going to live with it, but wanted to have the ECM update for alternator output done. Dealership looked at it. and diagnosed the DCM as the cause for the draw and the service advisor said that Subaru is going to replace it for free.
And in the fuse section of the owner's manual there is no fuse shown for the DCM! But, I finally did located that fuse as *5 (the description is buried on the inside of the under-the-hood fuse box cover)!
