I have a 2017 base model, no touch screen, but my climate controls and radio controls don’t work at all, extreme heat from the defrost, I do have steering wheel controls working, but can’t adjust on main dash, radio comes on. And all radio and climate control lights are off.

One in the bottom and one in the back.It's in the fuse panel above the glove box. Remove it, wait a few minutes, then put the fuse back in. Start the car, but DO NOT TOUCH the AC controls. All the motors for the AC mode and heater doors will recalibrate. After a few minutes, then adjust the HVAC settings and see if it fixes it.

Drove me crazy. what I did to correct this was " using the Manuel radio knob go left arrow , then right arrow, then up the down. do this several times. press center to turn on and off. do all this serveal times to free up any sticking contacts in the switch. work for me. now radio works perfect again.
